Cycle Skills Coaching Sessions
The nights are finally getting lighter and it is starting to look like spring! This is the perfect time to think about your cycling goals for the year and the steps you need to take to achieve them. Active Cycle Coaching has a full range of coached sessions planned for 2020 and there is something there for everyone. All sessions are offered as open-to-all and women-only over the course of the year, in response to demand.

At present all Active Cycle Coaching sessions are run at the fantastic, purpose built, traffic-free Fife Cycle Park in Lochgelly.

Sessions vary between half day weekend sessions and shorter evening or weekend sessions. Several of the coaching sessions will be followed by a guided ride where you can put the skills you have learned into practise on the open road. Participants can join the coached session, the guided ride or both, as required.
