Cycle coaching is for everyone who rides a bike.
Whether you are just getting started on your bike, making the switch to a road bike, training for sportives or improving your race skills, cycle coaching can help you.
Cycle Skills Coaching Sessions
With the nights drawing in and the weather starting to turn, Active Cycle Coaching has no planned sessions for the next few months. I am always available for one-to-one, group or club coaching sessions and these can be arranged to meet your requirements. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get a date and a plan together!
In the meantime, I have lots of exciting sessions planned for 2020! Click on the links below for details of all the sessions planned so far or visit the Active Cycle Coaching Shop to see all available sessions. More dates will be added as plans for 2020 develop. To make sure you don’t miss out, join the mailing list to receive a monthly newsletter with all the updates or follow the Active Cycle Coaching Facebook page.
At present all Active Cycle Coaching sessions are run at the fantastic, purpose built, traffic-free Fife Cycle Park in Lochgelly.
- Climbing and Descending
- Confident Cornering
- Group Riding Skills
- Road Bike Handling Masterclass
- Road Bike Race Skills
Sessions vary between half day weekend sessions and shorter evening or weekend sessions. Several of the coaching sessions are followed by a guided ride where you can put the skills you have learned into practise on the open road. Participants can join the coached session, the guided ride or both, as required.
Research has shown that women often find cycling more accessible in women-only sessions, so some of my sessions are run as women only.
