This coached session will develop riders group cycling skills. We will cover technique for riding in a bunch including group formation, cornering in a group, moving within a group and riding in a chain gang.
This coaching is ideal for intermediate level cyclists who lack experience or confidence riding in a group and those who would like to develop their group riding skills in a traffic-free environment. By the end of the session, riders will feel more confident to ride in a close group situation whether this be for group rides, sportives, chain gang training, racing or just to develop new skills.
There will be a minimum of six riders on the course and a maximum of 16. The session will be led by Level 2 Cycle Coach, Diana Farrell
Road bikes are recommended – these can also be hired from the Fife Cycle Park for the session.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
