Small adjustments to your technique on the bike can make a huge difference to your cycling. This coached session will focus on perfecting the basics: balance and coordination, braking, using gears, cornering, climbing and descending.

The session is ideal for beginners and for intermediate cyclists who want to perfect their skills.

Suitable for all types of bike. It may be possible to hire a bike from the Fife Cycle Park.

There will be a minimum of six riders on the course and a maximum of 16. The session will be led by Level 2 Cycle Coach, Diana Farrell

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

  • Saturday 17th August 2019, 9am – 1pm
  • Tuesday evenings, 17th September (Balance and Coordination), 24th September (braking), 1st October (using gears) and 8th October (Climbing and descending). All sessions 7 – 8:30pm. (Road bikes only)
