Small adjustments to your technique on the bike can make a huge difference to your cycling. This coached session will focus on perfecting the basics: balance and coordination, braking, using gears, cornering, climbing and descending.

Suitable for all types of bike. It may be possible to hire a bike from the Fife Cycle Park.
There will be a minimum of six riders on the course and a maximum of 16. The session will be led by Level 2 Cycle Coach, Diana Farrell
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
