Small adjustments to your technique on the bike can make a huge difference to your cycling. This coached session will focus on perfecting the basics: balance and coordination, braking, using gears, cornering, climbing and descending.

cyclists who want to perfect their skills.
Suitable for all types of bike. It may be possible to hire a bike from the Fife Cycle Park.
There will be a minimum of six riders on the course and a maximum of 16. The session will be led by Level 2 Cycle Coach, Diana Farrell
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Saturday 17th August 2019, 9am – 1pm
- Tuesday evenings, 17th September (Balance and Coordination), 24th September (braking), 1st October (using gears) and 8th October (Climbing and descending). All sessions 7 – 8:30pm. (Road bikes only)
